The service

My Swing Thoughts helps golfers capture swing thoughts, log sessions, and get AI-assisted coaching reflection. It is a self-improvement tool — it is not professional golf instruction, and AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate. Use your own judgment.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the email you sign up with and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13.

Subscriptions

Premium features require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through your Apple ID. New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial; after the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase ([monthly/annual]) until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends — cancelling mid-trial means you won’t be charged. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Prices may change with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, sync, process (including via our AI provider), and display it back to you — that’s it. Delete your account and this license ends.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the app or its APIs, no accessing other users’ data.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales / your jurisdiction].
