Common questions
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel your plan, open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or go to Settings → Subscriptions inside the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Deleting your account or data
You can permanently delete your account and all synced content from Settings → Delete Account in the app. You can also clear local data without closing your account from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Trouble signing in
We use passwordless magic-link sign-in. If your link hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the same email you signed up with. Still stuck? Email us and we’ll sort it out.
